At www.superdry.co.za, we strive to give the best possible customer and product experience.
Should you want to exchange or return your www.superdry.co.za product, please follow the instructions below.
Exchanges and Returns
We will happily exchange or refund your www.superdry.co.za purchase providing the following:
- The item is in its original packaging, with labels attached, and packaging intact.
- The item is in its original condition and has not been worn.
- The return request was lodged within 30 days of delivery (7 days of delivery for Sale items)
- The item was purchased from www.superdry.co.za online.
Our Returns procedure:
What must I do?
Once you’ve logged a return/exchange, we’ll send a courier to pick up your parcel.
Please ensure the item(s) are packed in the original packaging. Make sure you include the order number of the purchase. Please combine all returned items into one package if you are returning more than one order. Also, ensure you have securely sealed the parcel before handing it to our courier upon collection.
How long does it take?
Items may take 4 - 8 working days to arrive at our warehouse.
Refunds can take 2-10 working days to reflect depending on the method of refund and banking institution.
Can I return anything?
Non-Returns
Due to hygienic reasons, we are not able to accept returns on:
- Underwear, Swimsuits, and Socks.
- Altered merchandise.
- Merchandise that has been damaged due to negligence or normal wear and tear.
Gift Cards are also excluded from the returns list.
All Products, irrespective of being “Non-Returns”, may be returned if they are delivered in error or do not match the sample or description of the products on the site as of the date of placing an order.
Sale Items:
Sale items adhering to policy conditions can be returned only if logged within 7 days of delivery.
Defective/faulty products:
Defective products can be returned up to 6 months after delivery by contacting our helpful Customer Service team who will advise you accordingly.
I’ve accidentally included an item I wasn’t supposed to in my return parcel:
If a personal item or parcel meant for another retailer is returned to us in error, we will provide you with two options:
- You can arrange collection at your cost from our warehouse or
- We can discard the unwanted items on your behalf.
Do I have to return my Promotional gifts?
If you have received a promotional gift with your purchase, we require that this be returned when the purchased product is returned. Please log a return for the promotional gift to ensure that your return is processed without delay.
Can I return items bought on www.superdry.co.za in a physical Superdry store and vice versa?
At this stage, www.superdry.co.za purchases can only be returned/exchanged via our online customer service.
Similarly, items bought from physical Superdry stores need to be returned/exchanged at the store of purchase.
Ts and Cs
We reserve the right to reject a return for the following reasons:
- The product is part of the non-returnable list.
- The product is not returned in a re-sellable condition i.e. Is returned with an odour or is dirty/worn or is damaged in a way that is not specified in the return reason.
- There is a product missing from the returned order.
- The incorrect product is returned.
- The item was received in a damaged state due to inadequate packaging/packaging not sealed for courier transport.
- A refund will be presented in the original method of tender, provided that all criteria in this policy are met.
- All returns will be done at the current system price. The buyer shall be called upon to, on request from the seller, present a copy of the applicable tax invoice evidencing the sale and containing the information of the products the buyer wishes to return.
