Refunds and Exchanges

We're thrilled to offer amazing deals during Black November! If you've made a sale purchase during this time (20 - 30 November 2024), please note the following terms:

• Return requests are accepted on Black November items if requested within 7 days of delivery.
• For unopened and resellable items, we offer the following exchange options:
  • Variant Exchanges: The same item you purchased in a different colour or size.
  • Equal Value Exchanges: Items currently priced at the same value the item you wish to exchange was bought at.
  • Should you wish to exchange an item bought at a discounted Black Friday price, for other items that are once again being sold at their usual price, we will require the difference to be paid in.
• Orders that qualified for free delivery will incur a handling fee of R30 for returns or exchanges.
• For orders without free delivery, exchanges or refunds will be processed as usual.

Delivery and Exchange Times

Due to the incredible demand during Black November, our delivery times may vary slightly. Please expect delivery within 3-10 working days.

Similarly, it may take 3-10 working days to receive your exchange once your order has been processed.

Oversold Items

With our unbeatable offers, it's possible that some items may become oversold. In such cases, we will promptly inform you and offer the options of either refund or allow you to adjust the order.

Ticket responses

We always try to respond quickly and effectively to queries. Please be aware that over the Black November sales period, we typically see an increase in queries and we may take a little longer than usual to respond.

Discount Codes

Existing discount codes/promotions cannot be applied on top of black Friday deals. After the Black Friday sale period ends, all discount codes will be reactivated.
