How can I pay?

Superdry offers the following payment methods:

How safe is it to use my credit card?

Superdry makes use of the 3D-Secure authentication system to verify cardholder details with your bank. The transaction takes place within your bank's secure environment and we won't have access to any of your card details.

How do I know if my order is successful?

You'll receive an email confirming we have your order. Once processed, we'll send you an invoice with delivery details.

Pricing

Are prices in South African Rand?

Yes, all pricing is in South African Rand (ZAR) and inclusive of VAT.

Promotional Coupons

Promotional coupons may only be used on this website and may have limitations such as a minimum spend, validity period, or exclusion from sale items.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be applied at checkout and are only valid on our online platform. They cannot be used in-store.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We offer standard delivery across South Africa. Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days. Free delivery on orders over R750.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number. Use it at ParcelNinja to track your shipment.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Submit a return request via our Online Returns Portal. Please review our Returns Policy before submitting.

How long do I have to return?

30 days from delivery for non-sale items. 7 days from delivery for sale items.
