The offer and sale of products with the brands Superdry or the like (the "Products"), marketed, distributed and/or sold by Reviva Technology Proprietary Limited, registration number 2004/004006/07 of 160 Gunners Circle, Epping Industria, Cape Town, South Africa ("Seller") as the exclusive distributor of the Products for and on behalf of DKH Retail Limited of Unit 60, The Runnings, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL51 9NW, United Kingdom ("Superdry Principal"), through this website (the "Site") are governed by these general terms and conditions.

The Business Policy of the Seller

The Seller offers products for sale on the Site and provides its e-commerce services exclusively to end users who qualify as consumers — any individual acting for purposes outside trade, business, or professional activity.

How to Enter Into a Contract

Orders cannot be placed by minors or individuals lacking legal capacity. To purchase products, the Buyer completes an electronic Order Form and submits it following the on-screen instructions. The Contract is considered concluded once the Buyer receives an Order Confirmation from the Seller electronically.

Purchase Price and Product Guarantee

Only original and new products are offered for sale on the Site. The Seller does not sell second-hand, non-conforming, or flawed products. Product images and colours may not perfectly match the actual products delivered due to factors such as internet browsers or devices used.

Payment and Ownership

The Buyer may choose from the payment methods available during checkout. All financial information is transmitted securely and encrypted to third-party payment providers. Ownership of the products remains with the Seller until the purchase price has been paid in full. Voucher codes cannot be applied to promotion or sale items.

Product Shipping and Delivery

The Seller will deliver products via courier services. Where an order is accepted, delivery will occur as soon as reasonably possible, and no later than 30 days from receipt of payment. If products are missing from a delivery, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within 2 days of receiving the delivered items.

Changes to These Terms

The Seller may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
